Common questions
How does billing work?
Your plan fee, if it has one, plus the minutes you ran that month. Captioning, ASR, translation and audio are metered separately and appear as their own lines on the invoice.
What counts as a minute?
Time from the first caption delivered to the end of the event, rounded up to the next full minute. Translation counts one minute per language, audio counts one minute per listener.
What happens when I use up the included minutes?
Nothing stops. Every minute past the bundle is billed at your plan rate. ASR, translation and audio are billed from the first minute on every plan.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan. Starter has no monthly fee, so you can keep going and pay only for what you run. Your events, archives and settings are preserved — no data is lost.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Starter and Business are self-serve: switch or cancel from the dashboard at any time. Enterprise is an annual contract, arranged with us.
